This role focuses on developing highly efficient and scalable pipelines for machine learning model training and inference. You will be responsible for building tools and automating redundant tasks. Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, you'll ensure that user needs are met and deliver intelligent, high-performance solutions. This position also involves overseeing the career development of the engineering team, supporting system deployment, and maintaining optimal performance. A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle is essential, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and evaluation.

Job Requirements:

- Zero to one years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Python programming for data modelling and model training
- Familiarity with API development (preferably FastAPI)
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing techniques (e.g., cleaning, normalization, scaling)
- Proficiency in model evaluation metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score)
- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and willingness to learn

Additional Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with machine learning operations concepts, such as model versioning and monitoring
- Experience with data processing pipelines for handling large datasets
- Strong statistical analysis skills for model fine-tuning based on test results Qualifications:
