The ideal candidate for the Front Desk Officer position is a customer-oriented individual. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and reception area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping and filing
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and ensure the security of the front desk area
  • Any other administrative task assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
