We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, vendor coordination, supervising support staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness, security, and functionality of the office environment.
  • Supervise support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
  • Manage and process utility bills, and other operational expenses.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Support event planning and execution, including logistics and coordination.
  • Handle administrative paperwork, filing, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and supplies procurement.
  • Any other task assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
