About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Executive to develop and execute customer engagement strategies that enhance retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. This role involves managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging automation tools, CRM platforms, and customer insights to create meaningful interactions throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and engagement strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience, using insights and technology to drive long-term customer value and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CLM campaigns to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Segment customer data for personalized communication and tailored offers.
  • Monitor customer journeys and implement data-driven optimizations at each lifecycle stage with A/B testing and user segmentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to extract insights and improve future strategies.
  • Leverage CLM automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Maintain and refine customer profiles to better understand behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market shifts, particularly in E-commerce, Automotive, and Real Estate sectors within the GCC region.
  • Develop engaging marketing copy and content optimized to enhance customer engagement and organic visibility.
  • Conduct analysis and keyword research to enhance visibility of marketing campaigns and customer communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in CLM, Engagement/Lifecycle management, or a customer engagement role, preferably in E-commerce, Automotive, or Real Estate sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executing successful customer retention and engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and data management.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads).
  • SEO knowledge, including keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, and search ranking improvement strategies.
  • Experience using SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog to improve organic reach.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills to craft compelling messages for customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting insights and recommendations.
